If you have been refunded, the item is no longer yours but belongs to the seller again.
Send him a message (through eBay messaging) letting him know that the item is available to him and that you are waiting for his prepaid return label. Also let him know that you will keep it with you for another 15 days, but that if he does not arrange to take it back, you will then be forced to get rid of it.
