I received an item sold as new but not working
I bought a car alternator described as new, but instead it was refurbished. When I installed it, I found that it doesn't work. The seller, logically, came up with the excuse of incorrect installation. A total rip-off, it was not possible to swap the cables because one had a ring terminal that goes to the battery and the other a spade connector that goes to the warning light. An outright crook. How can I make his unreliability public?

Mentore2 years agoArticle 131 of the Consumer Code excludes non-conformity when the item is installed. In these cases, you need to have the item bought by the person who will install it. They will have to guarantee the work and can eventually seek recourse against their supplier.
You have the feedback tool, use it well or it will be deleted. https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/leaving-feedback-sellers/lasciare-un-feedback-per-un-venditore?id=4007

Mentore2 years agoObviously you found a seller who wasn’t very motivated to defend themselves, maybe they didn’t have a completely clear conscience.
