I received an item that does not match the description
I received an item that does not match the description, I contacted the seller but they are not replying.
So I opened a dispute to return the item and request a refund or otherwise receive the correct item. The seller continued not to respond. So I opened a claim with PayPal but, against all my expectations, eBay closed my claim and I was not aware of this. How should I proceed? Thanks

Mentore3 years agoIt was enough to read eBay’s rules and not get worked up...
If the seller didn’t respond to your request, it was enough to ask eBay to step in after 4 days from opening it:
Ask eBay to step in - buyers | eBay
It’s not possible to open two reports at the same time... so it’s not clear what eBay did... what did it close??
