I received a non-compliant item; it was listed as complete and you could see that from the photos too.I contacted the seller several times; he offered me a ridiculous amount as compensation, I refused and opened a dispute over the item with PayPal. They asked me to file a report with law enforcement to get a full refund. So I did, it was submitted to PayPal and now they’re asking me to send the item back at my own expense.... It’s absurd to ask for something like that; I was defrauded and the seller who caused the problem should pay for the shipping. PayPal receives a percentage on the sale and claims to protect you, but not who it is, especially not who was defrauded. Now shipping to send back the item of at least 8kg to Spain will be considerable just to receive a refund of barely €83. It’s not worth it; besides, it’s wrong, I suffered damage and I should be and want to be protected. Until a few years ago it was like that.Do you know how I should behave?I would like a refund and for the seller to send me a return label or to partially and adequately reimburse me for the non-conformity. How can I contact eBay about this?Please, any advice. Thank you
