I received an unjust return request
Summary: antiquesdealersalvagehunter88888888 has received a return request that they consider unfair.
Good evening everyone
I have a problem with a listing. I sold a phone sent in excellent condition. I should say that I have been on the platform for eighteen years. I am a seller above standard, all positive feedback, so I had no reason to behave differently now
The gentleman sends me a return request which, as stated in the listing, I do not accept, sending me a photo of the phone with a scratch that is not in the listing photos. Can you advise me on how to handle this because I can't write any email to Ebay; I can only be contacted, but the office doesn't respond, just the call center, which can't help me
I should also point out that the listing is very clear, with detailed photos and a clear description; despite this, I find myself facing a wall and I don't think it's fair. Does anyone know how to give me an email since the chat has been discontinued? Or can someone give me some help and other information, many thanks to whoever replies

Mentore1 year agoIn any distance sale, on any platform, if the buyer disputes the non-conformity of what they received, you are forced to refund. If you want the return, it will be at your expense.
The fact that you do not accept returns is irrelevant; what you state only makes sense in the event of the buyer changing their mind.
If you don’t want to lose the item as well, it is recommended to accept the return within the procedure and immediately send a prepaid label.
