I requested a refund for an order that I unfortunately still haven't received, the fridge is broken and I can no longer use it could I refuse the package and send it back, will I receive a refund?

If you refuse the package and send it back, you won’t receive a refund. You’ll have to pay for a new shipment to get at least the fridge.

If you change your mind, you have to accept the package and then return it at your own expense (it will cost you dearly). Otherwise contact the seller and see if they’re willing to block the shipment and get you at least a partial refund.
