I requested the account to be closed right after a sale. Do I need to ship the item?
I was bought an item 3 days ago with the charge already made, but I still haven’t shipped the item. Yesterday I requested to close the profile, is the sale still valid or is it automatically canceled?

Mentore1 year agoYou can’t close your profile until you complete the sale!
If you want to cancel it, you have to do it yourself... then you’ll be able to close your account, but not before 60 days... as per the rules.

Mentore1 year agoThey won’t let you close the account until a few months after this transaction is completed.
So either you ship it or you cancel the sale yourself by refunding the buyer.
