I refused the order cancellation, but the buyer has not paid. How should I proceed?

As the seller, I rejected the cancellation of an order resulting from an online auction I won because the buyer had given “wrong address” as the reason. I, however, had correctly indicated the address, namely the pickup area for an item to be collected from my home.Now it turns out that I can no longer cancel the order, not even for non-payment, which is what I would like to do. How can I proceed?

If you have already refused the cancellation, it’s normal that the system no longer lets you cancel it... I think you’ll still have to pay the selling fees... or contact support to figure out how to get out of it. Kind regards.
