Mentore1 year agoIf you followed the eBay procedure correctly .... https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-items-not-received-refunds-buyers/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041&st=7&po=2&uci=0&puc=DEFAULT_BUY.BUYER&ri=0
.... and if the return was received by the seller, you should have received an email (from eBay) confirming the refund. If you received the email, the refund has been issued.
