Hello everyone, some time ago I bought a pair of shoes but, unfortunately, I got the wrong size. So I started the return process and they accepted it. When I sent the item back, about three days after it arrived at its destination, I received a refund for the shoes only, without the shipping.I paid € 74.87 for shoes + shippingI was refunded only the price of the shoes, that is €45.45. I left feedback for the seller (not a private individual) and they replied that to get the shipping refund I need to contact eBay. Can anyone explain why?
