I withdrew an offer but I still show as the winner
Hello, I took part in an online auction by entering a maximum bid price. After that, I realized that the auction item wasn’t suitable for me, so I withdrew the bid within an hour as allowed. In fact, I received an automatic email confirming its cancellation. However, when the auction ended, I was the winner. Customer service told me they would take care of it and advised me to contact the seller to let them know. However, I don’t think they did much since I keep receiving payment reminders. What should I do now? The seller doesn’t even जवाब?

obviously you had made more than one offer and as the rules state, if less than 12 hours remain before the auction closes you can withdraw only the most recent offer, not all of them:
