I accidentally left positive feedback on a package that never arrived
I bought two items from the same seller: the first one arrived and the second did not. I made a mistake with the feedback by leaving it for the one that never arrived. I opened a dispute and contacted Ebay by phone, but the seller passed the shipping responsibility onto me. I asked the seller to meet me halfway at least with half of the payment, but nothing. I asked to delete my feedback, but nothing
, I am very upset about this situation, which not even Ebay helped me solve, so I understood that anyone can get away with it without any protection, thanks

Mentore2 years agoYou’ve been on eBay since 2007... you should know how it works.
If you opened a claim for item not received and the seller was not able to prove shipment, you simply had to ask eBay to step in.
