I sold and shipped an item to Hong Kong and once I created the Ebay label I packed it, paid the courier who came to pick it up at my home, but I haven't received any confirmation emails or anything else. Also, when I go to enter the BRT tracking code for the shipment that Ebay gave me, it doesn't even show as shipped. This is my first sale on this platform and maybe I'm a bit inexperienced, but I'm starting to get worried. The package was taken into custody this March 30, and today, May 6, a week later, I have no news... can someone help me understand what's going on or advise me on what to do? Thank you in advance

I hope the package was shipped on April 30.

Also, you bought the label on eBay, but from Packlink. Ask them ... https://support-ebay.packlink.com/hc/it
