I reported a scam, but eBay lately isn't monitoring properly anymore and scams like these are increasing
I’M LEAVING THE LINK HERE, WHICH I ASSUME IS SOMEHOW HACKED OR HAS SOME OTHER LEVEL OF COMPLICITY OR RESPONSIBILITY, SINCE HE DOESN’T RESPOND TO THE "CONTACT SELLER" EMAILS AND SHOWS AN OBVIOUS ANOMALY. NAMELY, 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK, OUT OF 118 FEEDBACK LEFT FOR SELLING TRADING CARDS WITH THE OPTION TO PAY VIA PAYPAL. MEANWHILE, FOR MONTHS HE HAS BEEN PUTTING SMARTPHONES UP IN QUICK AUCTIONS WITH "PAYMENT REQUIRED VIA BANK TRANSFER" AT SUSPICIOUSLY LOW PRICES, AND THERE IS NO FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER REFERENCING A MOBILE PHONE SOLD OR BOUGHT. I HAVE REPORTED MORE THAN 30 OF THEM. EACH ONE OF WHICH APPEARS SOLD AFTER I MADE A TEST BID THAT WAS THEN OUTBID. I’M LEAVING YOU THE SELLER’S LINK IN QUESTION SO YOU CAN ASK BOTH FOR AN OPINION ABOUT IT AND FOR AN ALERT TO AVOID FURTHER SCAMS, SINCE EBAY CONTINUES TO LET THIS PHENOMENON, LIKE MANY OTHERS, PUT USERS AT RISK

Mentore3 years agoEbay doesn't step in because these transactions are carried out outside of ebay.
Payment by bank transfer is not allowed on ebay. So ebay can only ban the seller (who promptly opens back up with other accounts).
What surprises me more is that someone would make offers under these conditions; maybe they're the same people who used to buy VCRs (bricks) at highway service stations.

Mentore3 years agoDon't worry, it's just a matter of time... he's violating a series of eBay rules... if eBay doesn't step in, it should be the buyers, but unfortunately, as Italians, there are still so many people who believe in "flying donkeys"... as long as there are people taking part in those auctions...
