although I contacted eBay support, they just sent me a link where, when I log in with my eBay credentials, it doesn't recognize me!! so I tried to register but there is no connection with my eBay account. All this just for following the procedure proposed by eBay for shipping the item, but despite the reminder, UPS never contacted me or picked up the package. On top of that, I even paid the shipping costs. I contacted the buyer, who doesn't care at all and opened the dispute 😞 so, having received not a penny and all this stress, I should even return the money to the buyer so these incompetent people can collect their commission?? without any certainty that I will ever receive it?? best regards
