HELP: I’m a private seller and I shipped an item using the shipping service managed by EBay. My package isn’t being delivered because the Poste Italiane courier (Nexive) says the address is incorrect or doesn’t exist. Since I’m not experienced, I can’t figure out how to contact EBay support for help..... I’ve already contacted Poste Italiane support, who confirmed that the package is being held at a Nexive depot, about which they know nothing more....
