I shipped two packages with Poste standard insured delivery on Nov 27 and they still haven't arrived
I sent two packages with insured Poste delivery standard on Nov 27 and they haven’t arrived; according to tracking, they’re stuck at the Bologna UB. At the post office they tell me the responsibility lies with the E Bay platform.
Can you suggest any solution?

Mentore10 months agoThe responsibility is solely yours... ebay hasn't shipped anything.
If the packages don't arrive, then you'll be forced to refund.
There are no other solutions.
