I regularly shipped an item after a sale; at the moment, despite many days having passed, it is still marked as "late delivery" but has not yet been delivered. I am not a professional seller and the shipment was not insured, as that was not required. I am currently outside Italy and it does not seem possible for me to request information from the carrier or from the shipping service purchased through the Packlink management system. I thank anyone who can give me information on how to proceed so I do not get penalized. Kind regards
