I shipped an item that still shows as not delivered
Good evening,
more than a month ago I sent an item to a buyer but the post office had problems, so much so that it still shows as not delivered.
The person who bought it, however, confirmed to me that it arrived a few weeks ago. I have already received the money and so we're all set, but can't it be marked as delivered manually here on eBay? Thanks to anyone who can give me an answer!

Mentore2 years agoNon si può, lo stato su ebay si aggiorna con il tracking del corriere.
Comunque se l’acquirente ha confermato la ricezione, per il momento …..
