I shipped an item with eBay Shipping, it was damaged, Packlink refunded it
I sent an item with eBay shipping via BRT courier; the package was damaged. I have photos and surveillance camera video from the recipient.
BRT refunded the sender, who is not me, but apparently it's Packlink. Does that seem possible to you, especially when they don't even respond to old requests?

OP1 year agoThey told me by email that they made the refund, but since the sender was eBay Shipping, they refunded packlink
