Good evening, I sell Pokémon cards. I shipped a fairly expensive card using eBay shipping service and therefore with Poste Italiane. The site, after the first day of shipping, no longer updated the tracking (basically the package disappeared). How can a seller protect themselves from these things? The card was purchased for €84, but with the sponsor I only received €67... Now I find myself forced to refund at my own expense (€80, eBay does not reimburse the sponsor and on top of that I lose the card and the shipping cost). Is it possible that because of the couriers a seller has to lose so much? Doesn't eBay protect sellers in this case?
