I was scammed
Hi everyone, I was scammed by a buyer!! During the Christmas holidays I sold and shipped a PlayStation 5 inside a cardboard box, packed very well with more cardboard inside. The buyer claimed that inside the box there were only cardboard pieces and not the PlayStation 5, proving it with a dispute using a photo of my box (from which he removed the PS5). Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos of the package 😭😭 and I’m short on “evidence”. How do you recommend I proceed? I don’t know how to handle this and what to do

Mentore2 years agoFor a distance transaction, even your photos would not have been accepted (you could have photographed one package and sent another).
So whoever is judging is faced with two opposing versions, both without proof; in these cases they always side with the buyer. You could only save yourself if the buyer is a repeat offender with these "tricks".

Kind regards.
