I found a charge on PayPal with an eBay order number, but I can't find the order
I found a charge on PayPal with an eBay order number that I can’t find among the ones I placed.
Can someone suggest how to start the refund request, since eBay’s process bases requests on order numbers that can be found among those in your profile?

Mentore1 year agoPurchases can also be made without logging into the account.
Anyway, it would be better to ask PayPal for an explanation, if your account was really used in an unauthorized way.
