I have a question
I wanted to make a sale but this message appeared: "Your account has been placed under an indefinite selling restriction, but you will still be able to buy on the site. See the Messages sectionof My eBay for more information." In the messages section I didn't find anything that explained this to me. Could I know why I have this restriction?

Mentore2 years agoYou will never be able to use eBay to sell again.
This penalty is considered very serious and is never applied as a first sanction. Sanctions are notified in writing.
So you will have received several warnings and, despite this, you persisted in your actions.
Only you and eBay know what this is about.

OP1 year agoNot even in China are people condemned without appeal. I have never had any sanctions, I have never done anything contrary to eBay rules, and you are not even telling me the reason. I only suffered an identity theft several years ago, but the matter had been clarified after several phone calls and then, as advised, I changed my password. I only made one or two sales with positive results. I therefore ask you to reconsider your decision in a democratic way.
I hope you can take this request into consideration

Mentore1 year agoYou who? This is a community of users like you, not eBay, which doesn’t read you here and so definitely won’t give you any explanations.
As Mario told you earlier, they warn you first, so you must have received some emails about it, maybe they ended up in spam.
It could be a problem going back to the identity theft, but you need to talk to them about it.
