I have a big problem

Hi, I hope someone can help me! Between December and January I made some mistakes in inventory and because of that in March I dropped below seller standard. I admit my fault! I was told that every 20th of the month the seller status is updated and that if I didn’t make any other mistakes I would go back above standard. I haven’t made any more mistakes and from 2.08% I’ve gone to 2.04%. with the 6% higher fees I not only have no earnings but I actually lose money on every sale because I have a 5% margin, so I temporarily marked myself as away for about ten days so I could figure out what to do. if I raise prices by 6% I’m not competitive and I don’t sell, if I keep the same price I lose money, if I don’t sell the seller status doesn’t go up. at this point I’ll close the shop! It’s fair to penalize those who make mistakes, but it seems excessive to me. from an average of 1000-1100 views a day I’ve dropped to about thirty at most and from an average of 5-6 sales a day to 3 in a month. all in the red, on top of everything else. I hope someone can tell me how to solve it or how long this ordeal will last. thanks for your attention

con tutto rispetto, vendere online ed avere il solo margine del 5% è da suicidio... scusa se sono diretto.
Con tutto quello che c'è poi da paghare tra iva, contribuiti e quant'altro... a lungo andare andrai sempre in perdita.
Entrando nel tuo caso diciamo che sei in un vicolo cieco... se non vendi non puoi migliorare la performance e se vendi perdendoci, ti farai male!
In ogni caso ti sei già fatto male e lo sbaglio "forse" più grosso è appoggiarsi unicamente ad ebay per vendere, bisogna allargare le vedute e nel limite del possibile espandersi anche su altri lidi.
Che dire, devi valutare tu il da farsi, nessuno può dirti quanto durerà il calvario perché dipende unicamente da te.
