I have a problem with the seller regarding the return.
Hi everyone, basically I bought an item that turned out to be damaged, so I asked for a return and the seller agreed, but we can’t agree on the shipping costs, then in the end they also stopped replying to me so I don’t know what to do anymore, please can someone tell me what I need to do in this situation. Thanks

if the item arrived damaged, the return shipping costs are the seller's responsibility.
If you have opened the correct procedure on eBay, on the fifth day you can ask eBay to step in:
