I have a problem with returning an item
Hello, I need to return an item that was not as described, the seller accepted but is not sending me the shipping label, they are no longer replying to me, there should be a way to have eBay intervene directly, but there isn't... this option doesn't exist. If I go to the return details, nothing shows up. Is there a way to contact an eBay operator? Or can you suggest anything else? Thanks a lot.

Mentore1 year agoAnd yet there is. The button to ask eBay to intervene appears after the three business days the seller has to try to resolve the issue have expired.

OP1 year ago4 days have passed... now, looking more closely, I found this, it tells me the seller's address, and if I click "add shipping code" it tells me to select the courier and the package tracking number, so I should ship it myself?... but then will I be reimbursed?

Mentore1 year agoThe seller informed us that they provided you with a method to return the item ......
If this is a return for non-conformity, the seller has to send you the label. If it’s not true that they did so or if they didn’t send you the money to buy it, ask ebay to intervene.

Mentore1 year agoIf you read the page I sent you, there’s the button again to ask for eBay’s intervention.
If something doesn’t work, there’s also the link at the bottom to be contacted by eBay customer service.
