Parcel not arrived at

But in the order details it says - Ready for pickup.

What should I do?

Hello,

Have you checked the package tracking directly on the courier’s website?

Did you receive the SMS message to go pick it up?

Before getting worried, I’d wait a few more days; maybe the system hasn’t been updated.

Ask the seller for a copy of their receipt.

If the address is correct and the courier tracking shows the package has arrived at the pickup point .....

Ask the pickup point for an explanation.
