I sold an iPhone that I had checked by a technician who replaced the camera with a good-quality one but not an original..everything was written down and accepted at the time of purchase..after more than a week from the purchase (during which eBay did not credit me the purchase amount because the statement they send me is unfortunately in black and white, not in color, so the funds are still blocked..another story) the customer says they found two defects unknown to me..even though I had it inspected by a technician..now I don't know whether to trust them or not..but I trust the buyer's honesty..but I'm afraid they had it taken apart..and honestly I'm not okay with that..Can I refuse the return because I don't want it to have been taken apart? Also, I entered that I do not accept returns, especially at my expense..why am I forced to accept the return? And can they still block the funds, which I haven't received yet? In short, am I protected in any way?Thanks
