Good morning I found myself in a situation where a user wants to send an item back because they think it’s wrong. I pointed out to them that the shipping costs are on them.. they want me to pay! now, after blocking my funds on ebay, they’re not responding. If I make another sale, this has a negative impact because ebay blocks my funds and I won’t be able to ship to the next customer because the incoming funds are being held. Please remove the charge because the first customer is unfair and wants to keep the money and the purchased item!!
