Whichever platform you want to operate on, to do dropshipping you just need to open a company and apply for a VAT number.

On eBay you can’t sell short, and so you need a supply contract that ensures you’ll then have what you sell available, so you therefore need to look for a dropshipper with whom to sign a supply contract.
