On eBay there is a return procedure … https://www.ebay.it/help/buying/returns-refunds/restituisci-un-oggetto-cambio-di-un-rimborso?id=4041
If the return is made because of a mistake by the seller (goods not matching the listing), the return shipping costs are on them.
