I have a question
Good morning, I have a question:
I bought a LETTORE DVD EVD CD USB PLAYER FILM 4K (Crylight) on EBAY on 21-11-2022, it arrived on 24-11-2022 and worked until a few days ago, then (clearly I don't know the reason), it no longer turns on (I tried plugging it into other power outlets with the same result).
Can I return it and get a refund? (clearly unfortunately I am not within 30 days of purchase to request it in the standard way as per EBAY instructions)
Is there some kind of warranty?
I wrote to the seller but did not receive a response.
What do you recommend I do?
I am not sending photos as they are irrelevant in this case.

Mentore3 years agoAside from the point suggested by Sika about disputing the payment method, if this solution should not work......
The legal guarantee exists only if you purchased from a professional seller based in a legal country in the EU. The seller is responsible for this guarantee.

if you paid with Paypal, you have 180 days to open a dispute... if you paid by card, you can do a chargeback within 13 months.
