Hello everyone, I need help, I’ll try to be as concise as possible.

I bought a product and paid with PayPal; after a few hours I realized it wasn’t the product I wanted (a part was missing) my mistake

I kindly asked the seller to refund me but at first he absolutely didn’t want to hear about it, then he changed his mind but according to him he wasn’t able to process the refund, long story short I was supposed to get a reply from him today but when I contacted him the seller no longer responds. What should I do? I had contacted customer service but apparently only the seller can cancel the order

As you were already told, on eBay only the seller can cancel an order (but they are under no obligation to do so).

So now the seller has to decide whether to cancel the order (and refund you at the same time) or ship the item.

If they ship you the item, you have two options:

The seller is a private seller who does not accept returns, you’ll have to keep the item.
