I have a question
Hello, a user buys a refurbished display for an iPhone11, complains that it gives an error (non-original display) but it is known that this depends on other factors and not on the authenticity of the product, so I deduce that he is ignorant on the matter and asks for a refund. At this point EBay asks me to provide a label for the return, this is not clear to me. Can someone clarify this for me, thanks,

Mentore3 years agoA properly reconditioned replacement part should, by definition, behave like new (and therefore shouldn’t give errors).
If the return request was made because the item does not match the listing, the return shipping costs are (by law) borne by the seller.
You could contest the fact that, for you, the nonconformity is not real, but in these cases (with two opposing versions of the issue) in distance sales, the tendency is to side with the buyer. So by contesting it, you risk losing both the money and the item.
