I have a question

I won a dispute for item not as described.
The seller told me that they intend to send their own courier for pickup.
But what proof do I have if I don't ship it?
Am I protected? Thanks

the seller will have to send you a label where the tracking is written... if, on the other hand, the courier comes directly, he will leave you the tracking information and it will be enough to enter it in the procedure... also because if you have “won” the dispute, you should already have been refunded.
