I have a question
I have just made a duly paid purchase of a used item; if, when it arrives, the item does not match the description, can I return it? Or is the eBay Customer Guarantee advertised on the page within the listing itself not valid.

if the item does not match the description, you can request a return... but if you simply don't like it and the seller does not accept returns, you'll have to keep it.
