Good morning. I was away for two days and when I came back I noticed that I had received a purchase offer for one of my items. The price was fine for me but unfortunately the offer expired and now I would like to contact the buyer to inform them of the problem, but unfortunately I only have their ID written in lowercase and I can't get in touch with them. What can I do? Thanks
