I have a question
hello, I asked for a return, but the seller tells me that since it’s a refurbished product, I turned it on and entered my Apple details for it to work, and then I chose change of mind as the return reason, and now he doesn’t want to accept it, saying that turning it on and using it means losing the right to return it. I’m asking for help. eBay, after reading the chat, closed the dispute in his favor by mistake. Now I’ve appealed and an agent provided me with a return label. Do I have to send it back? What will count as proof of delivery, and how does the refund work?

Mentore1 year agoIf an eBay representative provided you with the return label, the label should show the tracking code and the seller’s address, and eBay should be able to track the return.
Anyway, I find what you’re saying strange, since in the case of a change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
