hello, a customer wanted to send back the product I sold him because according to him it wasn’t in line with what he asked for, the refund money is handled directly through eBay according to the payment he made automatically, right?

Mentore1 year agoSince you're a new seller, no, you have to advance them yourself.
Then, when the funds are released, which will happen in at least 15 days, eBay will deposit them into the account you registered on your account.
