I have a question
Hi, I didn’t send a product to a buyer because I didn’t notice the sale that had been made. But when I go ahead to issue the refund, eBay asks me to add money from my personal account because the funds in the eBay account aren’t enough. How is that possible?

Ebay versa sul tuo conto ebay (e poi da li al tuo conto corrente) i proventi della vendita detratte le commissioni. Quindi, con una singola vendita, questi fondi non potranno mai essere sufficienti per effettuare un rimborso.
Generalmente si anticipa il rimborso con una carta di credito e poi ebay accredita il pagamento e riaccredita le commissioni.
