Mentore2 years agoEbay can only help you if less than 30 days have passed since the supposed delivery date, by opening a report:
Get help with an item that hasn't arrived | eBay
If more than 30 days have passed, you need to contact the payment method, dispute if you used Paypal, or chargeback if you used a card.
