I have a question regarding the preparation of the label

I can't print the label, I enter all the package details correctly, but it kicks me out and tells me there is an error; in the weight field it says Kg. If I enter 416, it won't let me continue, so I enter 0.416 grams, the BRT courier appears and then it kicks me out, sending me back to a page that says error. Guys, please help me.

Maybe you tried putting the "comma" instead of the period? Kind regards.
