I have a question about a dispute
Hello, there’s a customer who opened a dispute that I accidentally accepted and I need to send a label, but I don’t do returns and I don’t want to send any label because the customer is not right in the dispute, which now I can no longer contest

do as you like, but if you don't send the label to the buyer and then they ask eBay to step in, you lose money and the item... and your customer will be very happy while you complain...
Anyway, as a private seller... or clearly an unauthorized private seller... you can only refuse the return request for change of mind; you can't get out of returns for non-conforming items.
Switch to a professional account and enter your VAT number... before eBay forces you to do it... or the Revenue Agency...
