I have a problem with a purchase

I bought a display for a broken iPhone from a seller on eBay and I made the payment on 10/12/2025, and it turned out that he shipped it on the day of payment. A few days passed and I asked the seller for the tracking number for the shipment and he told me the package is not trackable... and last week I asked him when my package would arrive and he told me it would arrive this week. I waited all week and the package still hasn't arrived. I contacted the seller today and he told me I have to wait for the package, he sent it to you. I was disappointed that the package still hasn't arrived, I urgently needed the display to recover my work data from the phone. In the description, the seller did not specify that shipping is standard without tracking.
