Good evening everyone, I bought some parts for a coffee stain, the problem is that the package never arrived and I don't even have an order code. Usually eBay sends me an email to confirm the order but I haven't even received that. Can you tell me how I can contact eBay directly, especially since I can't even ask for a refund for an order that, according to them, doesn't exist. To prove the payment went out, I also have the Revolut statement.
