Sold and shipped via InPost

Good morning, I sent an item sold through InPost. After entering the tracking code, eBay’s system doesn’t recognize it because it searches for it on the inpost.co.uk domain, when in reality the shipment is only trackable on inpost.it

could I have problems regarding the sale and collecting the amount?

There shouldn't be any problems collecting the amount, since it doesn't depend on the delivery status (if the payment is pending, it depends only on any claims or on the fact that you are a new or infrequent seller).

In the event of claims, you'll need to respond by pointing out that tracking must be done on inpost.it

ok, based on what do they release the amount paid by the buyer?

For established users, within two business days.

For new or infrequent users, after 15 days.
