Hello everyone, I’d like some advice on how to proceed in the case where the package I sent was returned to me intact after about a month.I sold an item, the buyer paid and asked me to contact them at a phone number they gave me. I called the number and the woman who answered first mistook me for a call center operator, then told me that I had definitely dialed the wrong number. I tried to get in touch with the buyer several times by message, but to no avail. They seem to have vanished into thin air. I find it strange that the buyer, having paid a not insignificant amount (92.00 euros), did not contact me immediately when they realized the package had not arrived. I shipped through eBay’s shipping service.What do you recommend I do?Thanks.
