I sold item no. 276426499337 on 25/04/2024 and the buyer needs to change the feedback he had left as negative; then I sent a second identical item for free, he received it all right but now he writes to me that he can’t modify and access the revision request that I asked eBaty for. I have always had 100%, but now because of this error it has dropped to 98.4. Can you check and handle it yourselves, since the buyer wrote that he is satisfied but being new he doesn’t know how to do it? Thanks.

Mentore2 years agoBut in fact the buyer can't modify the feedback, only you, if they still have any available, can send a review request to them.
