I sold the video card I removed from my working PC, the buyer says it doesn't work
the graphics card removed from my pc at the time of sale was working perfectly, the buyer says it doesn't work for him. what could be wrong in the buyer's pc if my removed card was working?

Mentore2 years agoYou can’t be absolutely sure that the board didn’t get damaged when you uninstalled it or during shipping.
So you’ll have to refund the buyer and decide whether or not you care about having to pay the return shipping to get the board back.
